Fighting Tomcats Seeking New Talent at 2026 Open Tryouts

The men’s team representing the American Soccer Club of New York, the Fighting Tomcats, is opening its doors to prospective players as it begins forming its roster for the 2026 NPSL season. The club will run an open tryout on Saturday, November 29, hosted at the Stony Brook School.

The tryout is designed for athletes aiming to compete at a high level and prove they can earn a place within a competitive NPSL environment. Club staff will assess technical ability, decision-making, work rate, and overall fit as they begin identifying talent for next year’s campaign.

A $35 registration fee is required for all attendees.

For players hoping to break into the NPSL or test themselves against strong regional talent, this session offers a direct opportunity to be seen by the Tomcats’ coaching staff.
